Sicilia Collection: The Sicilia Collection is inspired from the laid back towns of Italy, where folks believe in living life one moment at a time and really relish it. Their design and color sense is also classic, which finds relevance even in Urban Metro homes, because they are timeless. Lets explore this collection and decorate our homes with some good vibes. The table cloth is made of linen & cotton feel polyester fabric, 300 GSM. It combines the comfort of cotton & linen and the wear-resistant of polyester and is more wrinkle free than linen & cotton materials. The Fabric has subtle linen texture giving a very rich look to your living / dining room décor. Heaviness of fabric keeps it in its place and protect your tables from scratches and wear & tear.
- Pack Contains: 1N of table cover. 4 seater – 52 “ x 72” or 4.5ft x 6ft, ideal for tables’ and 6 seater :52” x 92” or 4.5ft x 7.5ft, ideal for tables’ upto 3.5ft x 4.5ft. Table Cover should be minimum 6-7” more on all 4 sides than the table size for good looks.
- Exquisite Fabric: The table cloth is made of linen & cotton feel polyester fabric, 300 GSM. The Fabric has subtle linen texture giving a very rich look to your living / dining room décor.
- Water Resistant & Wrinkle free: The specially crafted fabric is 100% wrinkle free & resistant to water. It is not waterproof but doesn’t allow water / liquids to easily percolate to your dining table

Process & Schedule of Charges (Exchange)

Tentative Process time - 10 days from day of filing exchange
Process : File exchange on website, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back & QC is done, we initiate the exchange order.
In case the new order amount is higher and you are opting for a different product, you can pay via the link auto generated via razor pay else . In case you want to opt variants in the same design (Colour or size change) our team will message you on WhatsApp for paying the difference and if the amount is lower, we will issue Store Credits.
Returns
Under Returns, we give you 2 option of Refunds - Store Credits & Bank Refund.

Store Credits - Most used method by our customers.
Charges - NIL (ZERO).
Tentative Process time - 4-5 days from day of filing return
Process : File return on website, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back & QC is done, we issue the store credits.
No amount is deducted from item / order value and the store credits will have 1 year validity. You can purchase any product using the same from our webstore.
Bank Refund - Non smart way to return products.
Charges - Rs. 100/- per item qty or 10% of order value, whichever is higher.
Tentative Process time - 14-15 days from day of filing return
Why do we charge - We have to bear 2 side shipping which is approximately 300 per order (1.5 kg) for us, against which we are charging 1/3rd only - that is 100/- per qty.
Examples of charge deduction
CASE A: If your order has 2 qty of a single product, and order value is 1800/- then return charge deduction will be 200 (2 x 100).
CASE B: If your order has 2 qty of a single product, and order value is 2200, then return charge deduction will be 220 (10% of 2200)
Refund Amount = Order amount - Return Deduction
Process : File return on website, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back & QC is done, we initiate bank refund. After initiating bank refund, it can take up to 3-4 working days to reflect in your account.
Note : Refund for COD orders will be strictly through STORE CREDITS only.
Important points to note:
- Return/ Exchange request has to be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
- All Products except Customized ones and tiebacks are eligible for returns & exchange. Product to be returned / exchanged has to be unused and in original packaging.
- Company reserves the right to deny or revoke replacement / refund if product received back is damaged / used / incorrect.
- For damaged / defective item received, we will send replacement product or give STORE CREDIT, but will not cancel the order or issue bank refund.
- Any delivery charge (COD / Express) paid while ordering will not be eligible for refund.
- Maximum times an order can be exchanged is 2. After that order cannot not be exchanged / returned.
- Carpets/Blankets can be exchanged only once. if 2nd time exchange is required, exchange fees of 500/- will be applicable. Please refer to the details mentioned on the product/catalogue.
- On some pin codes, our return pickup service might not be available. In such cases we will request you to courier us back the product. Reimbursement for the same is 50/- per item quantity sent back.
- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Note: Our refund policy has been changed w.e.f 15th September 2023, so any returns filed prior to that will adhere to the old refund policy.

In my first order, I purchased these cream and yellow flowers curtains. I personally love how these look. It blocks almost 60% of the light. Along with this, I also ordered the black and white geometric print anti skid table cover in size OS. I loved the look, it gave such boho vibe. I just couldn’t figure out what OS was, but I took the risk. Its just falling a lil short on the corners, but I think it’s manageable. In my second order, I ordered Floral print Sheer curtains. I thought the size would be bigger (horizontally), but it’s not as wide. But loved the look of these too. The designs of UrbanSpace are great, plus the quality is so good. I am sure I’ll be a regular buyer from you guys. Great job!

The curtains are beautiful. Light-filtering but they also provide privacy. Good quality. I would also go on to say that they are the best in the price range available in the market. I absolutely love them. But just hope that Urban Space improves its customer care service. It is difficult to raise return/exchange requests and the customer care doesn't respond on mails or calls. Makes customers think if they been duped. So, someone responding to such requests within a two-three days would be a great addition to a brand that I love very much.
