Delivery:
We generally ship the orders within 24 working hours and send you tracking by E-mail and whatsapp. Delivery is through registered couriers and in some cases through Indian Post. Under Returns, we give you 2 option of Refunds - Store Credits & Bank Refund.
Process & Schedule of the same are as below.
Store Credits - Most used method by our customers.
- Charges - NIL (ZERO).
- Tentative Process time - 4-5 days from day of filing return
Process : File return on website, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back & QC is done, we issue the store credits.
No amount is deducted from item / order value and the store credits will have 1 year validity. You can purchase any product using the same from our webstore.
Bank Refund or any other mode (except Store Credits) - Non smart way to return products.
- Charges - Rs. 100/- per item qty or 10% of order value, whichever is higher.
- Tentative Process time - 14-15 days from day of filing return
Why do we charge - We have to bear 2 side shipping which is approximately 300for us, against which we are charging 1/3rd only - that is 100/- per qty.
Note : Refund for COD orders will be strictly through STORE CREDITS only.
Important points to note:
- Return/ Exchange request has to be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
- All Products except Customized ones and tiebacks are eligible for returns & exchange. Product to be returned / exchanged has to be unused and in original packaging. Click here to know more
- Company reserves the right to deny or revoke replacement / refund if product received back is damaged / used / incorrect.
- For damaged / defective item received, we will send replacement product or give STORE CREDIT, but will not cancel the order or issue bank refund.
- Any delivery charge (COD / Express) paid while ordering will not be eligible for refund.
- Maximum times an order can be exchanged is 2. After that order cannot not be exchanged / returned.
- Carpets/Blankets can be exchanged only once. if 2nd time exchange is required, exchange fees of 500/- will be applicable. Please refer to the details mentioned on the product/catalogue.
- On some pin codes, our return pickup service might not be available. In such cases we will request you to courier us back the product. Reimbursement for the same is 50/- per item quantity sent back.
- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Its our endeavor to deliver product as per the pictures you see and the sizes mentioned, but due to different screen resolution, there can be minor color variations in actual products vs pictures on website. Also due to natural variance in manufacturing processes, there can be 3-5% variance / tolerance in the product sizes. Both the above deviations will not make case for 'FREE RETURN'. Of course if you don't like the product colors and it is not fitting, exchange is always available or return as per policy.

It’s pure cotton. One’s cracked heels won’t get stuck which is definitely a positive point. Ordered King size which is huge. Handful of sheet to tuck in. There is a bit colour difference like in the pic it’s white but actually it is off white to pale yellow .
