All standard products including curtains of standard lengths of 5ft, 7ft and 8ft with standard hanging style of eyelets are eligible for returns without any question asked. Any customization availed will render the product ineligible for exchange and return. In such cases, if the product has manufacturing defect, replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
