Why are we giving free gift?
We want to be part of your beautiful homes and daily stories in a more meaningful way that just selling a product. And also, we want to show you gratitude for trusting us. So, we thought of this program giving a small token of love and appreciation. 

How are we affording the free gift?
We manufacture 1000's of pieces daily at our manufacturing unit. We have lot of left over fabric. This is not damaged fabric, but just that it's in small pieces which cannot be used for full product making like curtain or bedsheet. Generally, brands dispose this fabric in different ways, also, unknowingly impacting the environment by adding the waste or smoke by burning the same. We thought to put this to good use. And hence we are able to give this as a free gift. Well, of course, the cost of making cushions from this fabric, cost of zippers, etc. are there, but we absorb that for a larger cause. 

But, since we are running a business and have to sustain, we charge 99/- towards shipping (during checkout) which we have to bear to deliver this to your doorstep across the nation.

• This free gift contains set of 3 cushion covers, assorted design. We will not be able to change the design before or after shipping.
• 1 qty and 1 time redemption per customer will be honored. Multiple quantities added or multiple orders will be cancelled without intimation. 
• Brand reserves the right to change / cancel the offer at any time.
• The product is free, but a shipping charge of 99/- will be required to pay at the checkout. 
• Order will be cancelled automatically if the free gift is claimed in COD mode.
• The product is made in the same unit where your loved products are made, with same care and quality inspection. But as a human error tolerance, some pieces which are not up to the expected quality standard gets packed and delivered to you. Very unintentional. 
• In case you have received a defective free gift, we cannot send you another replacement because we will not be in position to ask you the shipping charge 1 more time and we also cannot bear the same as it will be loss to us. But we still want to honor our commitment. 
• So in such cases, reach out to our team. They will offer a simple solution. Any time you order any item (no matter the value), we will send your free gift replacement along with that order. You just need to inform our team via whatsapp after you place an order, and they will do the needful.
