The color & the quality is good but it mentioned blackout in the description of the product & it isn't really blackout, thats the only problem. Else, a good product.

I placed an order for this curtain to be done with lining, and clicked on the option 3-4 times but it was not getting added . Then tried to reach the Urban space team via WhatsApp, which is pointless as no one really responds to your request . Anyways I went ahead and purchased it , but was not very happy , as it doesn’t even block light of 60 % also . I wanted to return this product, but my order said that this order is non returnable though it’s not customized.
Cotton fibers are falling off the blanket. There were balls of fibre all over the room. I thought after washing it, it may stop, but it hasn't.
I am disappointed with the product.
However, my other purchases of curtains and table cloth have been excellent.

The product itself from Urban Space Home Furnishing is absolutely outstanding. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, design, and finish. Based purely on the item, this would be a five-star purchase, and I am highly satisfied.
However, the delivery experience was abysmal.
After the product reached the local distribution hub two days ago, the courier service failed to deliver it. I had to contact them and eventually arrange to collect the item myself from their warehouse to finally receive it.
When I arrived, the frustration was compounded by the state of the package. The packaging was completely wet and badly torn/mangled, clearly indicating poor handling and storage. Thankfully, the quality of the product seems to have protected it, but this level of service is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on your fulfillment partners.
Recommendation:
Urban Space, please review and change your delivery service provider. While your product quality is top-tier, the current delivery service significantly tarnishes the overall customer experience. I hope to shop with you again, but only if the shipping logistics are improved.
Good print quality. Even after two washes the print and bedsheet feels new
I received in complete order, but the delivery agent collected full cash on delivery amount. They did not let us open the package in front of them and took the money. Later, we realised that the order is incomplete and they asked us to raise a customer care ticket. It’s been four days and I don’t even have a ticket number from their customer care team(Arya). Forget about receiving the missing items.
Very unprofessional working, no response on mails and product is too average, photos are very stylish but product is not asper expectations..
I just want to highlight the issue . I ordered 2 sets of curtains 7*4 . I exchanged the 1 set with 8*4 also paide extra amount. But team sent me 5*4 curtain set. I was very very bad experiance . I request not to order anything from this site.
I have not received my order from the last 20 days and they are asking me to share the review.... How? First deliver your order or just return my money, then I can come up with more content to promote your unprofessional attitude.
Received defective piece, one complete fold was burnt with chemical.
Received the response that it was on discounted prices.
that mean we should not buy discounted item online, as it may be defective and non-returnable.

Mine was a customised order. I favoured the Back loop system instead of Eyelets . It has been successfully fulfilled. The material is just Superb.
Never-ending wait for my first order!
I placed my order on the 8th of October, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. According to the tracking information, it has been stuck in Gurgaon since the 19th of October with no further updates. No one is responding, so if you want to experience the same frustration, go ahead and deal with this highly unprofessional team.
