Know the beauty : Digitally Printed Room Darkening Curtains. Material is 100% polyester, heavy GSM for gracious fall and subtle shine to add glamour to your décor. Each Panel is 4ft (48") wide . Length has to be chosen as per required from Window Curtain (5ft), Door Curtains (7ft) and Long Door Curtain (9ft).
Bold & Beautiful : These curtains are digitally printed so the colors are vivid, bright and long lasting. First time in Indian market, URBAN SPACE brings the combination of bold designs with beautiful fabric for you to decorate your cozy spaces. First time Indian Consumer can have freedom of choosing designs for blackout curtains (up to 80%), apart from boring solid colors available in the market.
Room Darkening Curtains : These curtains are made from triple weave technology where special yarn layer is woven between regular yarns to enhance its blackout capacity. These curtains will block up to 75-80% of sunlight, reduce noise and save energy requirement for keeping your rooms cooler. Darker the print, more will be blackout effect
Easy Installation : 8 rust-free silver grommets per panel, exterior diameter is 2.4”, inner diameter is 1.6”, fit well with most standard curtain rod, durable to use and almost mute to slide.

Size & Fit
Width of most of our curtains is 4ft (except for few cotton curtains which comes in 5ft width). General thumb rule is that a curtain covers 50% of its original width with good pleating. So if your door/window is 8 feet wide, you should ideally buy 4 curtains. Length guide is given as below. Please take length from top of the rod to the floor / level where you want your curtains to hang.

Exchange / Return Policy
We want you to find the perfect fit for your home, so we are happy to exchange or take returns without putting any sort of conditions on your choices. And to make it smoother, the entire process is online without any manual intervention. You can head on to our Returns/Exchange page and file for the same. You don't need an account also, just order id and phone number/email id used while booking order.

Once the request is received, product will be picked up from your doorstep. Once we receive the product and is done QC at our end, we process the exchange order in case of exchange request or process the refund in case of return request. There is a reverse shipping fee or convenience charge for returns / exchanges as below
For Exchange: 75/- quantity
For Return:
50/- quantity- Refund will be through store credits which are valid for a year (instantly after product is picked)
100/- quantity - Refund to bank, after product is received back in our warehouse and QC is done.
You will be able to select the refund mode while filing for the same.
Company reserves the right to deny or revoke replacement / refund if product received back is damaged / used / incorrect.
All Products except Customized ones and tiebacks are eligible for returns & exchange. Product to be returned / exchanged has to be unused and in original packaging. Return/ Exchange request has to be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
COD charges / express delivery charge / other charges except base product charges are not eligible to be refunded.
*Maximum times an order can be exchanged is 2. After that order cannot not be exchanged / returned. Carpets/Blankets can be exchanged only once. if 2nd time exchange is required, exchange fees of 500/- will be applicable.
*On some pin codes, our return pickup service might not be available. In such cases we will ask you to courier us back the product and the convenience charge is not levied in this case.
*There can be 2-3" variation in the width of the products as it uncontrollable in bulk production. Such variations will not be counted under defect
Note: Our refund policy has been changed on 31st December 2022, so any returns filed prior to that will adhere to the old refund policy where our refund mode was only STORE CREDITS

The curtains are beautiful. Light-filtering but they also provide privacy. Good quality. I would also go on to say that they are the best in the price range available in the market. I absolutely love them. But just hope that Urban Space improves its customer care service. It is difficult to raise return/exchange requests and the customer care doesn't respond on mails or calls. Makes customers think if they been duped. So, someone responding to such requests within a two-three days would be a great addition to a brand that I love very much.
