The curtains are just as shown in the picture .. I was at first apprehensive to purchase it because of some bad experience with the coloring in the past but my mind is put at rest after seeing the curtains..

Orders are shipped within maximum 2 working days, unless there is some stock / long holiday situation in which case you will be notified. Transit time for metro cities is 2-3 days, 3-5 days for tier 1 & tier 2 cities and 5-7 days for all others pin codes. Sometimes there are delays caused in transit due to various issues at courier company's end. In such circumstances you can contact us and we will escalate it to the concerned company. We specially request customers not to accept Tampered shipments and also take a parcel opening video which will help us to vet for any claims of wrong or incomplete order received.
We accept COD orders, but may limit deliveries to some pin codes. COD orders are charged additionally to cover the COD collection charges borne by the company, and this depends on the value of the order. COD orders are additionally verified by our team, either on call or whatsapp, before shipping them. So COD orders take an extra day or two to be shipped. Also in 25-30% of COD orders, we see delivery failure owing to multiple reasons and so we encourage to make a prepaid order to avoid missing out on your products. Our shipping partners do not provide OPEN PACKAGE facility, which means customers are handed over shipment after COD amount being paid.

Exchange / Return Policy - No questions asked!!
We want you to find the perfect fit for your home, so we are happy to exchange or take returns without putting any sort of conditions on your choices. And to make it smoother, the entire process is online without any manual intervention. You can head on to our Returns/Exchange page and file for the same. You don't need an account also, just order id and phone number/email id used while booking order.
Once the request is received, product will be picked up from your doorstep. Once we receive the product and is done QC at our end, we process the exchange order in case or exchange request or process the refund in case of return request. There is a charge of Rs.100/- per order item to be exchanged / returned. Eligible amount for refund is given in the form of Store credits only which has 1 year validity.
All Products except Customized Sizes/ Rugs/Carpets/Mats/cushions are eligible for returns & exchange. Product to be returned / exchanged has to be unused and in original packaging. Return/ Exchange request has to be raised within 5 days of order delivery. Any delivery charge or special request charge paid during order booking will not be refunded.
*On some pin codes, our return pickup service might not be available. In such cases we will ask you to courier us back the product.
