Is my payment secure?

Are products tested for marketed attributes?

100% Cotton :
All our products are tested before they are launched. When we write cotton, its guaranteed 100% Cotton. We use long staples so the cotton products last longer and maintain their hand feel.

Azo Free dyes :
We make sure to use only azo free dyes for our products, making them safer for you and your family.


Color Fastness :
We understand the textile industry and products very well. We also understand the sentiments when you make a purchase and we also understand the love and respect you have for your homes. Hence, we make sure that colors don’t fade easily and remain vivid over a longer period of time.

Excellent Workmanship:
We have stringent QC measures in place to ensure quality and have an eye on what is being packed and shipped. Our QC policies are a guarantee that you never receive a defective product from our end.

Can I customize the size?

Yes, very much Happy to help!! In most of the products, we can customize the length of the product according to your requirement. While in the case of the widths, well, they generally are fixed because of the fabric-making process they undergo. While ordering the product, you can always mention the product measurement requirements of your wish in the remarks section. Your wish will come true with Urban Space.

I don’t trust online sellers, so I prefer COD. Is it ok?

Yes, we have COD option for most pin codes. But we charge a small fee for COD towards the expense of collecting the cash and bringing into the bank accounts.

What if I don’t like the product after receiving?

We genuinely think you will like our products as we pour a lot of love and care into them. And we want you to give them a try at least  so we don’t accept returns other than the reasons mentioned in the RETURNS/REFUND section. We encourage you to check the sizes mentioned and your requirement before ordering so that the chance of return is minimized. Also, product images might come across differently on different mobile/desktop screens due to resolution, so please allow some variance in that. As far as the quality of the product is concerned, we are sure, you will not be disappointed.

How will returns be managed?

Kindly refer to the detailed returns procedure mentioned in the Returns/Refund Section. For orders which will become eligible for returns, you will have to ship us the product at below address and we will do the complete refund. Alternatively, we can arrange pickup and deduct 150/- from your refund amount. For NE and J&K, 200/- will be deducted.

Will products shrink after washing?

Most of our products are cotton products. So yes there will be 3-4% shrinkage after the first wash. But hey, don’t be disappointed. We take care of this while we make the products. Products are generously sized (3-4% higher) than what they are marketed to account for this shrinkage.

How does Urban Space protect my data?

We have a strict data policy wherein customer data is stored only in a cloud-based server. Since we are a trusted brand that does not rely on petty marketing gimmicks, you can rest assured that your data is in secure hands.

Are you a ‘responsible manufacturer’?

You would be glad to know that we are a SEDEX approved manufacturing unit which means we undertake activities keeping the safety of the environment, our employees, and their finances in view. We are also proud to mention that 50% of our workforce comprises women. Not a surprise though, since 50% ownership of the brand lies in the safe hands of a strong woman.

Shipping Policy

Prepaid Orders :
We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders. Enjoy Shopping!!

COD Orders :
We accept COD orders, but may limit deliveries to some pincodes. COD orders are charged INR 100/- additional. Sometimes COD orders may get cancelled due to the facility not available for some pincode of Cash collection, and in such cases, Company may or may not notify you of the same after order placement.

To avoid order cancellations, we encourage to use one of the many prepaid payment options available during checkout

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within maximum 1-2 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Company is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within maximum 1-2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be done at registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).


Cancellation

We do not have online feature to cancel the order. Sorry to inform, its a manual process. If you think you have ordered the wrong item, kindly mail your cancellation request to us within 24hrs of the time of purchase (sales.urbanespace@gmail.com) or ping on whatsapp chatbot. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back. Order once shipped will be treated as per return /refund policy.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You get order details on your mail and registered phone number. Once your order is shipped, tracking id for your parcel is automatically mailed/messaged to you by which you can track the order status. For any more information, write to sales.urbanespace@gmail.com or use Whatsapp chat bot on the webstore.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. WHAT DO I DO?

Just ping on the whatsapp chatbot on the store and all your worries will be taken care of!!

Returns / Refunds Detailed Policy

Return Policy :

This return policy is only applicable if the item was sold on www.urbanspacestore.in. Items are eligible for a return, refund, and replacement if they fulfill the following conditions:

· If the item received is different from what you had ordered.
· If the item received is damaged or manufacturing defect condition.
· If the item is different from what is mentioned on the product page.
· If the item is having missing parts or accessories which was mentioned on the product page.
· If the return request is raised within 3 Working Days from the date of delivery. Return requests after the return period will be rejected.

Any item to be returned/replaced should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts accessories, original packaging box delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning. Due to multiple factors, the colors of the actual product and the product image CGI Images vary. The actual color of the product may vary and hence the slight color variation shaded does not come in the return policy.

How will I get my refund?

We make refund in your bank account for amount more than Rs.1000/-. For less than Rs.1000, we credit to your PAYTM wallet. Kindly allow 2 working days to process the same once order is cancelled or in case of returns, 2 days from the day we receive the product back.

Replacement

In case, your request for replacement is accepted for eligible reasons, you will have to ship back us the product at your own expense in original condition and packaging. Upon receiving the product, the replacement product will be shipped. If the replacement product is of higher value, difference needs to paid before we ship the product, in other case, the excess amount will be refunded as soon as we ship the replacement product.

We can also arrange the pickup on chargeable basis through our courier partners and indicative charges will be as under, and will be asked to pay separately.

For parcel upto 2 kg weight - INR 180/-
For parcel in range of 2.01 to 4.0 kg weight - INR 350/-
For parcel in range of 4.01 to 6kg weight - INR 500/-

Tips to avoid returns/replacements

To ensure to order the correct product for your purpose here are few tips for proper buying techniques:

1) Ensure that the product will fulfill your needs & requirements in terms of size and use. Suitable information regarding the same is provided on all product pages. Make sure that the product.

2)Due to the difference in the technology of different screens there will always be slight variation in the actual color of the product and displayed color on your device. Factors like different display technology, display size, image capture lighting settings, color-contrast-brightness settings, viewing angle, etc. . . make the actual color of the product vary. Hence it is better to select the nearest shade of the product for your use.

3) All our product details contain specifications ad per international standard guidelines, i.e., GSM – Grams per Metre for towels, etc…, TC Thread Counts for Fabric standards, CM – centimeter for measurements, KG – Kilograms for weight, etc.

4) When in doubt, ask - just ping on the whatsapp chatbot to ask any question regarding product material, specifications and so on.
