We want you to find the perfect fit for your home, so we are happy to exchange or take returns without putting any sort of conditions on your choices. And to make it smoother, the entire process is online without any manual intervention. You can head on to our Returns/Exchange page and file for the same. You don't need an account also, just order id and phone number/email id used while booking order.

Once the request is received, product will be picked up from your doorstep. Once we receive the product and is done QC at our end, we process the exchange order in case of exchange request or process the refund in case of return request. There is a reverse shipping fee or convenience charge for returns / exchanges as below
For Exchange: 75/- quantity
For Return:
50/- quantity- Refund will be through store credits which are valid for a year (instantly after product is picked)
100/- quantity - Refund to bank, after product is received back in our warehouse and QC is done.
You will be able to select the refund mode while filing for the same.
Company reserves the right to deny or revoke replacement / refund if product received back is damaged / used / incorrect.
All Products except Customized ones and tiebacks are eligible for returns & exchange. Product to be returned / exchanged has to be unused and in original packaging. Return/ Exchange request has to be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
COD charges / express delivery charge / other charges except base product charges are not eligible to be refunded.
*Maximum times an order can be exchanged is 2. After that order cannot not be exchanged / returned
*On some pin codes, our return pickup service might not be available. In such cases we will ask you to courier us back the product and the convenience charge is not levied in this case.
*There can be 2-3" variation in the width of the products as it uncontrollable in bulk production. Such variations will not be counted under defect
Note: Our refund policy has been changed on 31st December 2022, so any returns filed prior to that will adhere to the old refund policy where our refund mode was only STORE CREDITS

Elegant looking soft silky curtains enhance the ambience of the living room. Colours are vibrant and matched the image seen while ordering online. Cloth is thick enough to cut down the incoming light. There were some issues with first shipment, but replacement was prompt and upto mark. Size detail image seen online should have more info about eyelet size and its placement along top edge of curtain to help access the right length by the customer.
